Beach Rugby

Sam has been loving watching rugby since we arrived here.  He opted to forgo playing soccer this season so that he could try something that won't be available to him when we return home.  The practice field was closed last week so his team held practice down the street on the beach.  Very convenient and a nice soft surface for the first tackles!

The water was so calm two dogs could get a paddle board ride!  We don't think we'll try this ourselves.

After just one practice session, the games began.  Sam is loving it - at least for another couple of months.

Sam's team with their coach.  She's a Kiwi, loves rugby and has a cousin on the World Champion New Zealand All Blacks.

How Beautiful! Loved the dogs on the paddle boat. You should take Jackson for ride too, that way he gets to enjoy what won;t be available to him back home :) :) :)
You know I grew up with Rugby and Hockey back at school. For my school soccer was not much of a deal, Rugby was. And Argentina's national team was quite good... though we never made it past the All Blacks! Hahaha. Love to see how you are making the most out of all that Australia has to offer!
